Part One

The plane was too fucking slow. The damned thing was traveling at over 300 miles an hour, and it was still too slow. Jon was on his way to Arkansas to see his girl. A slow smile crept across his face, much like the sunrise that was creeping across the landscape. He settled back in his plush first class seat and let his mind wander.

He'd arrive at her house earlier than expected, but hoped Terri wouldn't be too upset with him. He simply couldn't wait a moment longer than necessary to have her in his arms. The fleeting kisses shared so many weeks ago were no longer enough to sustain him; he needed to taste the sweetness of her full, pouty, pink lips again. He longed with a visceral need for her breath to mingle with his; for her sighs of pleasure to be swallowed by his eager mouth.

He would stop along the way to pick up the bouquet of Lombardia Lilies he had ordered. The flowers were gorgeous with a golden center star and a smattering of deep pink freckles. Gorgeous, but their beauty would pale in comparison to hers. Like all Oriental Lilies, these sun-dappled blooms were blessed by a delicate and irresistible fragrance, but not so irresistible as Terri’s own scent.

Everything about her, from her honey brown hair to the flash of her green eyes to that tight ass he noticed right away… oh yeah, these were burned into his memory, into every cell of his being.

He could still remember the glint of mischief that sparked in her eye, and hoped she would be silly with him. He recalled the honey-sweet, whiskey tinged drawl of her soft, sexy voice, and the wicked things she told him she wanted to do to, with, for, on, and under him. He started to grow hard just thinking about them.

Smiling and shifting in his seat, Jon's thoughts turned to what he wanted to do with her today. She knew of his passionate side, though she hadn't yet experienced it completely, but today, he wanted to show her his loving, tender side.

Smiling to himself, Jon settled back in his seat and tried to relax. The scene unfolded behind his closed eyes like a movie.

Terri opened the door, a greeting frozen on her lips. Jon saw that she was stunned to see him on her porch. He noticed she was dressed for a lazy day at home: shorts and a cropped tank giving a glimpse of the dewy soft skin of her belly. Her breasts pushed gently against the fabric of her top, clearly unfettered. This was truly a pleasant surprise. She obviously was expecting to spend the morning alone with her books. He could just make out the shapes of her nipples, and watched in amazement as they peaked under his gaze. He imagined their dusky rose color, perfectly complimenting the tawny exquisiteness of her skin, and his fingers itched to strip her shirt away so he could feast first his eyes, then his hands, then his mouth on them.

Jon recalled having a glimpse of her skin once; a sliver was showing through the hole in her jeans, and he remembered it had been golden hued. He sighed remembering the almost irresistible desire to lick it. Looking at her now, the strip of skin at her waist teased him. He couldn’t wait to taste it, one glorious inch at a time.

He got more than a mere glimpse of her legs now. Terri’s legs, long and taut (he was pretty sure he would sell his soul to have those legs wrapped around his waist) ended in coral-tipped little toes he would spend an hour or an eternity sucking on. A delicate filigree chain graced one doe’s-throated ankle, and a thin gold band wrapped around the middle toe of her left foot.

Her hair was a tangled mess from sleeping, loose and wild around her face, not yet brushed back. He imagined it would have been in a neat horse tail when she went to bed, but a restless night, full of anticipation of his visit perhaps, would have had her tossing and turning, causing the scrunchie to loosen and hang down a little. She must have been just about to tame the tresses when the doorbell sounded, for she held a brush in one hand.

“What are you doing here so early?” she asked him softly. “I’m not ready for you yet.”

Jon took a step forward and traced a finger down one side of her face. “I simply couldn’t wait,” he answered.

He took her hand and brought it to his lips, placing a delicate kiss on her knuckles. He kissed his way up her arm to her neck, lingering on the sensitive spot behind her ear before moving on to the juncture of her neck and shoulder. He kissed along her collarbone; light fluttery kisses that left them both breathless.

Jon took a step back and handed her the flowers, smiling as she delicately touched the blossoms with a long finger. His mouth ran dry at the thought of those fingers stroking lovingly through his hair, across his chest and lower. Eager to distract himself from the thoughts running through his head, he took the brush from her hand. “May I come in?” he asked her.

“Of course,” Terri squeaked, and stepped back to let him enter. As he passed, he inhaled the mixed fragrance of the Lilies and Terri.
